You can book an appointment with one of our highly qualified doctors using the link below, via HotDoc or call our friendly reception staff on Ph: 08 8166 0777. Non-attendances and cancellations of appointments less than 2 hours of the allocated time will incur a $50 Fee.

Billing Information

We are a mixed billing practice, with bulk-billing available for valid Medicare, Bupa or Medibank card holders. All procedures and treatments will incur a gap fee and all consultations and procedures are to be paid in full on the day.

New Patients

A longer consultation is required for all new patients to ensure that a comprehensive medical history and assessment of the patient’s chief concerns can be addressed accordingly. Please arrive 10 minuets prior to your appointment to complete your new patient form.
